HarfangLab launches its partner program to consolidate an ecosystem of cyber experts

HarfangLab’s partner program aims to mobilize, invest in, and build loyalty among its cybersecurity ecosystem. This launch follows the nomination of Catherine Oudot in 2023 as Head of Channel France, charged with the mission of structuring the team and strategy of indirect sales at HarfangLab. As HarfangLab endpoint protection solutions are developed for MSSPs to deliver superior cybersecurity services and added value to customers, this new partner program embodies a strong strategic evolution for the company.

Three levels of partnership: Elite, Engage, Essential 

To equip its partners with the keys to deliver the best quality of cybersecurity services to their clients, HarfangLab’s partner program makes skills development a priority through its extensive training programHarfangLab Academy offers four training courses toward MSSP pre-sales engineers (administration, deployment, detection, and incident response), in addition to experience sharing, technical workshops, and other development opportunities. Individual support from a dedicated team composed of pre-sales, customer success managers, marketers, and channel managers reinforces this commitment. In-depth documentation, available on HarfangLab’s content platform, further bolsters partner autonomy. 

Additionally, events aimed at uniting the ecosystem and systematically sharing best practices will also be regularly hosted, the first of which took place on October 17 for pre-sales experts. 

Advantages and benefits, as well as the extent of collaboration with HarfangLab, are designated according to the three partnership levels:

The partner program offers multiple perks, including rebates on new contracts, special offers, VIP invitations for market or HarfangLab events, leads sharing, marketing activities and joint communications, and enhanced technical support. 

HarfangLab is renowned for on-premises environment deployment; a specific program is therefore available to partners specialized in private-cloud deployments. 

A win-win partnership 

For each partnership level, partners also commit to meeting specific requirements. For instance, to reach the highest level (Elite), HarfangLab partners must achieve a minimum number of POCs, of trained pre-sales engineers, and of supervised endpoints per year.

This is why the focus on training and knowledge sharing is fundamental to our partner program. Gaining our peers’ technical support is critical so they can feel supported, helped, and understood at every stage, from pre-sales to deployment and solution management. I am personally dedicated to providing comprehensive support to our partners so they can be fully autonomous in managing our solutions,” says Léna Jakubowicz, pre-sales and channel solution engineer at HarfangLab.   

HarfangLab already boasts more than 50 partners, all onboarded into the program. Each partner has dedicated access to the partner portal, enabling easy, rapid monitoring of ongoing opportunities and news. 

This partner program is international and available to all HarfangLab MSSP partners.
