  Simplicity is essential for EDR users: analysts and cyber experts, whether at our customers’ organizations or those of our MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) partners.
  In daily operations as well as during a cyber crisis, the solution must be straightforward to use. This requires an intuitive interface and transparent detection rules. The latter is particularly important for understanding the specifics of a security alert. Such clarity fosters a deeper understanding of the cyber context, strengthens security over time, and enhances resilience in the face of an attack.

We surpassed the 100-employee milestone in 2024, with over 60% of our workforce dedicated to research, development, and continuous product enhancement. We take pride in supporting the hundreds of customers who place their trust in us.

Our commitment to performance and excellence remains our top priority. This dedication has been recognized through our outstanding results in the MITRE tests, where we ranked among the best EDRs on the market during our very first participation in 2023.

Building on our expertise in endpoint security, we continue to expand our solutions to address the evolving needs of our users in the cyber landscape. Since 2024, our solution has incorporated EPP capabilities and monitoring tools to simplify IT infrastructure audits.

Our business model emphasizes an indirect approach through MSSP partners. To support this strategy, HarfangLab has launched a partner program built on close collaboration and knowledge sharing, ensuring the highest quality of service and protection.

Finally, our two rounds of funding — €5 million in 2021 and €25 million in 2023 — have accelerated our investments and helped cement our position as a key cybersecurity player, not only in France but also across all of Europe.
